We have designated guest parking available at the property. You and your guests will be greeted at the front gates and directed to parking. Please be aware this is private property, and we ask for you and your guests to be considerate at all times.

Please arrive 10mins prior to your booked time to finalise paperwork, attire and fit your helmet. You and your child will have a 5min safety briefing before meeeting our ponies.

By entering our premises, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Non-rider children are to be under the responsibility of an adult at all times and must be kept away from the horses.

Any non-rider must avoid doing any of the following:

Enter any stable, arena or zone where lessons or experiences are given.

Enter any horse paddocks.

No food is to be taken into the premises or given to any horse without the supervision of a Gold Coast Equine Connections coach.

Smoking is not permitted inside the centre at any time.

Dogs, excluding assistance dogs, are not permitted inside the centre without the prior consent of Gold Coast Equine Connections.

Dress Code
All riders must wear an appropriate outfit that consists of the following:

long pants (leggings or stretch jeans)

high socks that cover ankles

fully enclosed shoes with a flat sole and small heels (boots, school shoes and sneakers are acceptable) and

sleeved shirts (no singlets or halter tops)

Helmets
Gold Coast Equine Connections will provide each rider with a helmet that meets the latest health standards and will be fitted by a Gold Coast Equine Connections staff member prior to the commencement of each lesson.

At all times while participating in a lesson or other activity, all riders must:

stay calm when in proximity to any ponies or horses

not feed a pony or horse unless supervised by a Gold Coast Equine Connections staff member

not run or play ball games without being instructed to do so

show respect to the animals, teachers, helpers and fellow riders

listen to the directions given by Gold Coast Equine Connections instructors.

Horses will be picked out by Gold Coast Equine Connections instructors based on the safety, height, weight and competency of a rider. As such, Gold Coast Equine Connections is unable to guarantee that a suitable horse will be available for any given rider on any given day.

If during the course of the day Gold Coast Equine Connections considers it unsafe to ride, Gold Coast Equine Connections reserves the right to cancel the event and an alternate date to reschedule will be offered. No refund will be payable by Gold Coast Equine Connections for the cancellation.

All guests and riders are to complete prior to attending an event, experience or lesson. No form - no ride!
